The Mob Museum in Las Vegas has been open for a few years now and I have been looking forward to go see it some day. Opened in Feb. of 2012 I did a post on it in Aug. of 2013. My wife and I decided to plan a week's vacation in March a few months ago and picked Las Vegas as our destination. She had never been there to see the sights and it's been a long time since I was there.
We drove down to Las Vegas from Salt Lake and my buddy and his wife flew down from Wisconsin to meet us and stay for a week. We got rooms at the downtown Plaza Hotel-Casino and the Mob Museum was located only a couple blocks away. We arrived on a Sunday late afternoon and walked over to tour it on Monday afternoon.
